Hosted by MA Biodesign at Central Saint Martins, UAL, London, and organised by Nancy Diniz, Carole Collet, Dr. Lorraine Archer, Dr. Alejandro Luna, and Dr. Alice Taylor, Bio-Calibrated symposium “welcomes projects, questions, speculations, and provactive solutions that position themselves within its given themes, as well as others that might define their own conceptual territory in relation to this new multidisciplinary creative field”.
Taking place at CSM between November 30th and December 1st 2023, Bio-Calibrated “aims to gather recent work that is reconfiguring the boundaries of disciplines presenting hybridization of frameworks for integration of scientific methods and design processes that can range from bespoke bioreactors, incubators, bio-printing machines, software, imaging for research documentation, to representation”.

The deadline for submissions is August 15th 2023, with notice of acceptance on September 30th, and revised and formatted materials due October 15th.
